Interested in outsourcing? We have a well equipped laboratory that is set up to provide a number of services. This provides an opportunity to thoroughly evaluate our technology before making more significant investments. Further, we have the experience and capacity to develop prototypes very quickly. We also provide many custom programming solutions.
- Array and microchip fabrication - The lab has Nano-Plotters and multiple types of piezoelectric nozzles. For microarray fabrication we are very well equipped. Compared with alternative resources, our rates are very reasonable.
- Microarray processing - As part of a collabortion with Zeptosens we provide support for the planar waveguide microarray detection system. This system has been optimized for both reverse phase arrays and antibody arrays.
- Programming and informatics - Competences include:
- Robotic programming - Through the Nano-Plotter platform, it is possible to set up intricate liquid handling routines with/without optical target recognition utilizing pascal.
- Image processing - We are set up to provide a number of customized options for microarray image processing.
- LIMS systems - We are capable of building integrated custom database architectures. Our core programming competences are PHP, PERL, Python and MySQL.
